What this Site is

The Site is a corporate identification page. It states who SMG is and which brands it owns, and it hosts this notice and our Privacy Policy. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell anything, and there is nothing on it to buy.

Not advice, and no relationship

Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, tax, investment or other professional advice. SMG is not a law firm and does not practise law. Reading the Site, emailing us, or receiving a reply does not create a professional, advisory, agency or fiduciary relationship. Please do not send us confidential material.

Separate properties

Sanford Group and Steve Sanford are trade names of SMG, and each operates its own website with its own terms and privacy policy. Those documents govern your use of those websites. These terms govern this Site only.

The Site and its contents, including text, layout, graphics, the SMG name and the marks and logos shown on it, are owned by SMG Media Enterprises, LLC or used with permission. All rights reserved. You may view the Site and link to it. You may not copy, scrape, republish or commercially exploit its contents without written permission, except as applicable law allows.

• use the Site in any way that breaks the law or these terms;
• attempt to disrupt, probe or compromise the Site or its infrastructure;

Governing law
